Kampuhan sa tapat ng Albay Capitol upang ipanawagan sa Provincial Government ang pagpapasara at pagpapalayas sa Lafayette sa isla ng Rapu-Rapu, Albay. Ang mina ng lafayette ang naging dahilan sa fishkill sa isla at pagkamatay ng 2 tao at nagresulta ng malawakang kagutuman sa Rapu-Rapu.
